Your sweets should be delivered within 2-4 working days from the date you ordered. Courier orders are delivered Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. Our courier cannot deliver to P.O boxes or mail forwarding services. It's not possible to specify a time for delivery. Please ensure you provide a contact number just in case the courier needs to call you. The courier will require a signature upon delivery, if you are not in to receive the delivery please leave an instruction for the courier to leave the sweets with a neighbour.

* We allow up to 15 working days for items to arrive, so cannot accept a claim for loss unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (10 working days for Special Delivery™ items).This is royal mails standard claims procedure.
