All items are subject to availability. If your product is temporarily out of stock we will let you know how long it will be before it's available with the option to choose an alternative or cancel your order. If you want to wait for your chosen sweet then we will hold your order until it can be sent out. Occasionally if an item is out of stock in one of our hampers, we will always replace the item with something of the same or greater value and within the theme of your choice.

Candy-Licious Monthly email newsletter is produced by Candy-Licious giving latest special offer and information on Candy-Licious. The newsletter is usually sent out on the first monday of each month depending on the latest news and offers.

Email addresses which cause newsletter mailings to 'bounce' may be deleted without further notice and the corresponding account may be deactivated immediately.

Nut allergies?

Due to the fact we use alot of Sweet manufacturers it is impossible for us to say that any sweet or chocolate is absolutely 100% free of any traces of nuts, gluten, gelatine, milk or soya. Many manufacturers use the same production lines for a number of products for example so it is not possible to guarantee that any product is free of any particular ingredients.

How do I store my sweets?

Sweets should be kept in a cool, dry place.We also recommend that they're consumed within four weeks to be enjoyed at their best.

Transportation Of Sweets

Candy-licious only sends out the best quality products to our customers that are well within their best before date.We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused by climatic conditions or transportation once the goods have left our premises unfortunately. We also recommend that they're consumed within four weeks to be enjoyed at their best.

What happens if I need to return something?

In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your sweets then please contact candy-licious within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our very best to make everything happy again.

FAULTY GOODS

We recommend that you check the condition of the goods you have ordered when delivered. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if you discover the goods are faulty.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We cannot be held responsible for any failed or delayed delivery as a result of incorrect, incomplete or unclear address information. Therefore we would urge you to check this thoroughly as you checkout and also on the order confirmation email. Once your order leaves us we're unable to change address information or redirect orders without incurring charges which you will need to cover.
